Our Agarita Jelly is made from wild Texas agarita berries harvested during a very short window in late March to early April. These berries don't wait around, and neither does this jelly. Once the season hits, we harvest, cook, and jar in small batch no shortcuts, no artificial nonsense, and absolutely no mass production.

The flavor is bright, tart, and slightly citrusy, making it perfect for biscuits, toast, cheese boards, glazes or anything that needs a little wild Texas attitude.
