Straight from the heart of Texas Hill Country comes Prickly Pop, our prickly pear mead inspired by the wild cactus fruit growing right here on our ranch. made with honey rather than grapes, this unique honey wine brings together the spirit of the desert and the ancient tradition of mead making for a flavor that's anything but ordinary.

Prickly pear tunas, the vibrant fruit hiding beneath the cactus spiky exterior, are a West Texas treasure. harvesting them isn't exactly a walk in the park, but the reward is worth it. We took that little piece of the desert we call home and gave it a whole new life in a bottle.
