Here in the United States we love our Root Beer. Known for its unique taste its made from Sassafras, sarsaparilla, ginger root, & birch which gives it a pure creamy vanilla after taste. Root Beer was developed in 1919 by Roy W. Allen. This sweet flavor pairs well with the charred taste of a well cooked brisket or ribs. Try it on hot biscuits, as a drink mixer or ice cream topper.
